Pick up point delivery

Shipping is currently free for all orders over ₪150.

Orders under ₪150 will be charged at ₪30 for shipping per order.

Orders under 100₪ with be charged 50₪

Please allow extra days for delivery during Israeli holidays, Greek national holidays, weekends and sale time.

Your order will normally be delivered within 9-12 working days.

When your order has arrived at your preferred pickup point, you will receive a notification to let you know your parcel is ready to be collected.

Please take the notice and either your identity card or passport with you to the Post Office when you collect your parcel.

Please be aware that if you place multiple orders close to each other, they may be packed together to ensure you receive the goods as quickly as possible.

Option B

Home delivery

We also offer you the option to have your order delivered at home or at any address of choice by DHL in 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

For purchases up to:

• ₪100, charge is ₪40
• ₪150, charge is ₪30
• ₪200, charge is ₪20
• Above ₪200, free of charge

The above shipping costs may change from time to time depending on applicable global cost increases etc.

Customs fees

Orders up to 75$ are TAX exempt

Depending on the value of your order, you may be charged customs or import duties once your parcel arrives into Israel. As stated in our ‘Terms and Conditions’, these fees must be paid by the customer and won’t be covered by Cool Club.

As these charges are set by Israel tax authorities and vary between orders, we’re unable to predict what the charges may be. For further information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state government import regulations.
